Moxy Plymouth

Fabulous stay. New, modern, great vibe and spotlessly clean. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. Lovely beds, linen and pillows. Lots of amenities in lounge and bar area… pool, board games, table football, arcade game machine. Great rates and an excellent breakfast. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here or with Moxy brand again. Had a great stay.

Excellent excellent hotel for the money! Every single person who works there is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is wonderfull, lots of variety, including the usual cooked offerings, but also plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt and whole-grain bread and some gluten-free options. The all day menu is terrific as well. Very comfortable bar and lounge area. Plenty of room to spread out and work during the day (if you don’t mind the low-key funky sound track, which I quite liked and helped me to stay focused), and there are a couple of private rooms that you can book if you need a little privacy for zoom meetings, etc. nice fitness area, although it’s small enough that it would feel cramped if more than two or three people were working out at the same time. The hotel is very centrally located, walkable to everything in the city center. The rooms are funky and comfortable. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Plymouth!

As always a fantastic stay. Hotel has a great vibe and staff are welcoming and provide an excellent service. Breakfast is a brilliant selection of both hot and cold options. Always will stay here when working in the area, as the hotel provides a refreshing alternative of others in the market. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, far exceeded expectations and much better than other ‘budget hotel’ brands. The bar area was very well presented and inviting, with lots of people and a well stocked bar. Even with the bustle downstairs, rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Food was nice enough, only comment would be price but for convenience we were happy to pay it. Looking forward to coming back again in a few months, and will certainly be having a cocktail and a game of pool!

Perfectly placed for visiting my child in Plymouth Uni. Near to all amenities and a few minutes walk from the Hoe. Very modern hotel, cool vibe and had everything I needed. Very reasonable price and good place for a city stay. Ps I Loved the guest ironing room

My goto hotel. Nice environment, beds are comfy and rooms are very clean. Bar is OK too, if you time it wrong when groups of people are ordering cocktails you can end up waiting a considerable amount of time, but that's a minor issue.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was very nice. Excellent price we paid. Be careful with parking. Make sure you pay correctly as they fine you but hotel sorted it out immediately so was great in the end.

A lovely stay at Moxy Plymouth to see Jools Holland next door at the Pavilions. This was extremely great value, great facilities and clean comfortable accommodation. Parking is also very reasonable and hassle free compared with side roads of Plymouth! Only negative would be .....more bar staff required before and after shows next door. Serving cocktails is a slow process when the bar is busy. Otherwise would have given all 5* review. We will be back.
